Special Slayer reagent. Used in equipment, consumables and skilling recipes. Its drop requires the defeated creature's Slayer level; no active task is needed.

How to obtain

These are defined drop profiles, not a currently available farm route: their creatures have no registered hunting ground in the current default-world population. A custom world manifest can differ. An item definition, usable recipe or merchant buy-list entry does not establish a current source.
