Sense all 3 numbered fragments with an equipped Tindle at Divination 1 in Hollow Ruins, Gloamwood, Southwood. Collect the complete set in your bag and use a fragment to restore the scroll. Use the restored scroll at Magic 4 to learn it permanently. Fragments and scrolls can be traded; Divination is a discovery requirement, not a learning requirement. Repeat casting is allowed while suitable hands, a valid target, action budget and enough essence equipped in Ammo are available. Spells have no casting cooldown. An equipped staff reduces positive base essence costs to max(1, floor(base × 0.75)); off-hand free-hand costs are applied afterwards. Concentrated arcane essence is an alternative equipped fuel; it adds 5% direct spell damage, with no automatic fallback or mixing.
