Speak to Mina Rooke at Brackenrest 06 in Brackenrest. Meet the requirements before travelling: Complete quest: Break Their Hold; Herblore: Level 10; Brackenrest Favour: 250. Follow the walkthrough in stage order. Gathering or crafting before the corresponding stage is active may not count as that objective.
