Take Sera's damaged delivery note to Nessa Rill. Identify the older dried batch before it is used, then return both notes so Sera can replace the label.

Before you start

Speak to Sera Quill at B4 in Northwick. Meet the requirements before travelling: Complete quest: A little field medicine; Herblore: Level 10. Follow the walkthrough in stage order. Gathering or crafting before the corresponding stage is active may not count as that objective.
